1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS and/or email containing your tracking details and courier partner information.
Please Note: Order processing may occasionally take longer during peak seasons, festive periods, or sale events. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
2. Shipping Timelines
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

Please Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, local holidays, or other factors beyond our control. The Perfect Fit Co is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at select pin codes across India. COD availability will be shown at the checkout stage based on your delivery pin code. An additional COD handling fee of ₹30 – ₹50 may apply on COD orders.
Important: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and make payment for the COD order. Failed COD deliveries due to unavailability may result in the order being returned to us.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details via SMS and/or email. You can use this tracking ID on the courier partner's website or app to track your order in real time.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address — including house/flat number, street name, landmark, city, state, and PIN code — is entered accurately and completely at the time of checkout.
The Perfect Fit Co is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional charges for re-shipping due to address errors may be borne by the customer.
7. Undelivered or Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery (after multiple attempts)
- Refusal to accept the package
The order will be returned to our warehouse (RTO). In such cases:
- Prepaid Orders: A re-shipping charge will apply if you request a re-delivery. Alternatively, a refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping cost.
- COD Orders: RTO orders will not be eligible for a refund. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly through a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our Return and Exchange Policy.
